HOW TO BOOK
Once you know what you're looking for, getting on the calendar is simple. Here's how the booking process works from first inquiry to your big day.

Receive Your Quote
I'll send a custom quote based on your event and selections. No obligation to proceed.

Reserve Your Date
A 50% non-refundable deposit and signed contract secure your date.The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your event.
4.
Finalize the Details
We'll confirm colors, design details and event logistics before your event.

As early as possible is always best, especially for weekends and busy seasons. That said, I’m happy to accommodate last-minute requests when my schedule allows.

Yes. Colors and design details can usually be adjusted up until materials are ordered (usually 2 weeks prior to event) or production begins. Larger changes that affect the scope of your order may require an updated quote.
Booking

Setup time varies by installation size. Most setups require approximately 1–2 hours, while larger installations may take longer. I’ll coordinate timing with you or your venue in advance.

For installations involving rental equipment, pickup and breakdown will be arranged as part of your quote. Grab & Go balloons and other balloon-only decor are yours to enjoy or dispose of after your event.

Logistics
About the Balloons

Indoor balloon decor can look great for days or even weeks, although balloons naturally change over time. Outdoor balloons are much less predictable due to Arizona heat, sun and weather. We use only professional-grade balloons and will advise on the best approach for outdoor events.

Yes. I’ll help select balloon colors that coordinate with your theme, invitation, branding or inspiration photos. Exact color matches cannot always be guaranteed, but I’ll get as close as possible.

We use 100% natural latex balloons wherever possible, which are biodegradable. We never release balloons outdoors.
Cancellation & Changes

Booking deposits are non-refundable. If your plans change, please reach out as soon as possible. Rescheduling may be available depending on my availability and the circumstances of your event.

Yes — we'll always try to accommodate a date change where possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 14 days before the original event date. Your deposit will transfer to the new date.

Any balloons that pop during transportation or setup are replaced immediately at no extra cost. After handover, we are not liable for balloons that pop due to environmental factors (sharp objects, heat, children, pets). We always do a final quality check before leaving your event.
